I’m so excited to share a new project with you—The Grandma Diaries!
It’s a brand-new section of content on my YouTube channel, Stephanie Farrell Focus.
🌸 So… What Is The Grandma Diaries?
Everything!
I’m in what I like to call the “Grandma Era” of my life. And it’s not just about being a grandmother—although that’s a pretty fabulous part. It’s about stepping into a stage of life that feels entirely different from all the ones before it.
My lifestyle has shifted
My body is different
My mindset has evolved
Even my relationships look and feel new
When I turned 65 (hello, Medicare mailers!), it was like the world suddenly saw me as… older.
Yikes.
And, honestly? I felt it, too.
I started saying and doing things I never used to. What I want to do with my time now feels totally different—and that got me thinking.
💭 Confession Time
I started feeling a little blah.
I’ve always been a goal-setter, a list-maker, a go-go-go kind of woman. And I still am! But something was missing—drive? Ambition? Spark? I wasn’t sure.
So I set out to find it.
And since I already have a YouTube channel, I thought, why not take you along for the ride?
Thus, The Grandma Diaries was born.
📝 What to Expect
In my introductory video, I shared a list of all the topics I’m hoping to dive into—and let me tell you, I’m so excited! I can’t wait to explore these ideas and have these conversations with you.
That said, here’s a little reality check from the Grandma Era:
Things don’t move quite as fast as they used to.
There’s always “other stuff” popping up and stealing my attention.
(We might need a whole video just about that!)
